Austin Area Employment High / Rental Vacancies Low
According to RECON the on line publication of the Real Estate Center at Texas A & M the Austin area should have strong job growth and this should bring apartment vacancies to their lowest level in decades. This would also translate to stronger rents for single family dwellings. The job growth is from firms who are relocating to our area and from existing firms that are expanding. These jobs pay well and the new hires will be looking to rent quality

Slow Construction Can Benefit Real Estate Investors
Dr. Mark Dotzor, chief economist with the Real Estate Center at Texas A & M University, recently wrote in Tierre Grande, the official magazine of that organization, that between 4.5 - 6 million "more" fore- closures need to occur before the banking industry will turn loose of their cash in fhe form of new home loans. He goes on to state that his estimate is that it would take about 50 monthes to move that inventory back into the hands

Mike Gonzales Achieves 100% Occupancy

Voter Registration at Austin Landmark Property Services, Inc.
Recently Rick Ebert was sworn in as a volunteer deputy voter registar for Travis county. Tenants, owners and the public can come to the office and either obtain a temporary registration card, or use a convenient mail in form to change their voting address for any Texas county.Â

ALPS Executes 33 Lease Contracts in July 2011
 This has been a tremendous leasing time for ALPS.
