materials.
> Documentation for all property expenses and maintenance.

II. STAFF
There are 12 items on the list for passing the
test in the category of having a successful CRMC® staff.
A few include>>
> Procedures are in place for hiring & interviewing
> Plan for determining appropriate staff size is
in place.
> Staff meetings are held on a regular basis.
III. OFFICE MANUAL AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS
There are 71 items on the list for passing the
test in the category of having a successful CRMC® manual
and management operations. A few include>>
> Office Policy and Procedures & Mission Statement
> Written tenant selection policy.
> Statements sent to owners contain a summary of
