Lease Only Services

 

"Lease Only" contracts are provided under different terms than full service property management.  ALPS will provide advertising, tenant screening, and often contract execution.  An initial evaluation of the home will be provided and suggestions made by a property manager.  The property must  meet all property code requirements. 

Make ready services, maintenance, emergency response team, lease renewals (including legal updates to your lease), tenant management and property oversight are not included with lease only contracts. 

Accounting of the lease transaction and any services tendered will be provided to the client.  Rent collection and monthly accounting of rent is not included with lease only contracts.
