I joined the ALPS staff in 2007. I earned a B.A. in Jazz Composition as well as a M.M. in Jazz Theory from the University of Texas in Austin. Before entering the real estate world three years ago, I had over 20 years of various management experience in retail sales, software operations and development, local government division head, as well as full time ministry as a worship director. Attention to details as well as compassion in dealing personally with clients brings a unique strength for property management. By persistently pursuing a Win-Win outcome for owners and tenants, a proven track record of success as a property manager has been created that builds on relationships with property owners. I have been married to my one and only wife, Carole, since 1983 and now take pleasure in the joy of our grandson being an integral part of our lives. |

I have been a part of the ALPS team since July, 2009. I have an A.S. degree in Business from Coastal Bend College. My title is Assistant to the Director of Property Management, and my duties include intake of and surveying new and recently vacated properties, compiling reports and photos for documentation of conditions, installing lockboxes and signs at vacant properties, and listing lease information of properties on MLS. I also scan and enter leases, applications, and other documents for file retention purposes, as well as collecting, distributing and logging of rent checks, mail, keys, work orders, and invoices. In 2011 I earned my sales license in real estate and hope to utilize this new knowledge in better serving the ALPS team and our clients and residents. In my spare time I enjoy going to music concerts, scrapbooking, spending time with my friends and family and always finding new things to do. |
