Our maintenance requests used to have to be faxed, e-mailed or delivered in person to the ALPS office. Since ALPS began offering online service requests, it has saved us a lot of time and effort. And now with their having a Maintenance Coordinator, there is a lot faster response to our requests and followup on getting things done. WOW! We really appreciate these changes.

When ALPS answered our request to make our rent payments online, they used their new consumer driven technology in Appfolio to allow us to do this. This change was life changing for us in that is reduced the cost of paying our rent and assured us that our rent payment would get to ALPS on time.
