  2. ALPS manages homes and duplexes as our primary business; At ALPS, management of your rental properties is our business, our only business. All income derives from properties that we manage or sell for our customers.
     
  3. Our Property Managers are accredited: Accreditation is very important. Rick and Karen Ebert are REALTORS®, and have both earned the RMP® and MPM® designations from the National Association of Residential Property Managers, NARPM®.   4. Repair work is done by subcontractors to ensure the best price and service for your money: We don't have a costly in-house maintenance staff. Instead, we use the right professional for the job. We constantly monitor the rental market to ensure you're receiving the most competitive price available.
     
  5. True emergencies are handled ASAP, even at 2:00a.m.! Your sleep won't be disturbed because ALPS is on the job!
     
  6. ALPS features a unique emergency plan. We're available for emergency calls 24 hours a day.
  7. Your monthly report is now available on our website through a secure log on and net funds may be auto deposited to your bank.
  8. Statements and funds are distributed between the 10th and 15th of the month - you can bank on it! 
  9. ALPS reviews rents before renewing leases so you can meet your financial objectives.
  10. ALPS constantly monitors the rental market. We review your rental rate in advance of the lease expiration, and handle all negotiations with tenants. Month-to-month leases are at premium rent.
  11. We coordinate a third party annual or bi-annual survey of your rental property to help establish a preventative maintenance program.
  12. We survey your property yearly and provide recommendations for upkeep and repair. As a preventative maintenance service, a FREE yearly termite inspection is scheduled at no cost to you (in most cases).
  13. We provide computerized accounting services and a year-end financial report.
  14. Each January we send you a financial summary of all transactions on your property for the previous year.
